Tvilight smart street lights!

Tvlight smart street lights, developed by dutch designer Chintan Shah illuminate only when needed, thanks to their high-sensitive “citysense” sensor.

They are already in use in four dutch towns and in an irish county, reducing energy costs and CO2 emissions by 80% and maintenance time and costs by an additional 50%.
