25 years without the Berlin Wall

Interactive art and design agency WHITEvoid proposed a temporary monument to celebrate the 25 years from the fall of the Berlin wall. It is called Border of Lights or Licht Grenze and consists of 43,100 balloons placed along the 43.1km inner city border of Berlin.
